This is a part of our biking trip to Glenmore Reservoir.
One thing for sure, this beach is not sandy at all. High
above the beach is a good lookout trail, a dog lover's
paradise. |

Reservoir |
We biked on the Elbow River Pathway from downtown Calgary
to do a loop around the reservoir. This place is huge
and also covers the Weaselhead Natural Environment Park.
The trail throughout is well maintained and the view is
pretty rewading. |

| Big
Hill Springs Provincial Park |
Access is on Big Hill Springs Rd. (hwy567), About 20kms
west of Airdrie. It has a short hiking trail with small
waterfalls and a lookout view. |
