lake is just a short drive from the hamlet of Field. It
has an awesome view of surrounding scrambles and the Emerald
Glacier. |

June 28, 2005. We did
this hike counter-clockwise to avoid the traffic. We took
a side trip to the Peaceful Pond, and part of the Burgess
Pass Trail (unsigned) to get an aerial view of the lake. |
