January 28, 2007. This fortress is located in Suwon. We took a cab from Suwon Station of Seoul Line 1 (Cheonan route) to Paldalmun, one of the main gates of this fortress.
This place is also a part of the Unesco World Heritage.
The walk around the fortress takes about 2 hours. It offers good view of Suwon and some historic sites.
While you're in this city, be sure to visit any public washrooms. Suwon is claimed to have the best washrooms in South Korea.
