Alona Beach |
May 27, 2007. I expected too much from this beach so I ended up being disappointed. The beach had white sand alright but it also had lots of seaweed and its stench. The worst part was, the cheapest accommodation for a double occupancy outside the beach area was P600. By the beach was P800. Most of the prices went up almost double from 2006's prices.
Outside the Tagbilaran Bus Terminal, we took a jeepney bound to Alona Beach, Panglao Island (P20/p, 35mins). This jeepney also stops, and get more passengers in front of the Bohol Museum, about 5min walk from Mcd on CPG Ave. Fare from the Museum to Alona Beach is cheaper. |
